Agreement to these terms

These Terms govern access to kitsdrop.com, customer accounts, product listings, COA documents, carts, checkout, support, and orders. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy and Shipping and Returns policies. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

Research-use restriction

Products are offered solely for lawful laboratory research, analytical evaluation, or related non-clinical work. They are not intended, labeled, or sold for human or animal consumption, personal experimentation, medical treatment, diagnosis, prevention, veterinary use, food, supplements, cosmetics, or household use.

KitsDrop does not provide medical advice or instructions for dosing, administration, injection, ingestion, reconstitution for personal use, or other human or animal applications.

Purchaser eligibility and responsibility

By ordering, you confirm that you are at least the age of legal majority where you live, are legally permitted to purchase and receive the product, and have the knowledge, facilities, equipment, and procedures needed to handle research materials responsibly. You are responsible for lawful purchase, import, receipt, storage, handling, use, transfer, documentation, and disposal in your jurisdiction.

Products, pricing, and orders

Product details, price, currency, availability, and available documentation appear on the current product page. Information may be corrected or updated without notice. Taxes, delivery charges, and the final order total are shown during checkout when those services are enabled.

An order is an offer to purchase and is not accepted until KitsDrop confirms it. KitsDrop may limit, hold, reject, cancel, or refund an order when inventory, pricing errors, address problems, fraud, misuse, legal restrictions, or compliance concerns arise.

Payment and account information

ACH and cryptocurrency options are presented through the official checkout when available for an order and may change over time. Customers must provide accurate contact, billing, delivery, and payment information. Never email KitsDrop a complete card number, security code, password, bank login, seed phrase, private key, or wallet credential.

Referral program and store credit

Registered customers receive a personal referral link. When a new customer creates an account through that link and later completes an order, the referring customer receives store credit in the amount shown in their account at the time the order is completed. Only accounts created through a referral link qualify. An existing account cannot be linked to a referrer after it has been created, and a referral link cannot be applied to an order on its own.

Store credit is issued after a holding period that begins when the referred order is marked complete. No credit is issued for orders that are cancelled, refunded, disputed, or charged back during that period. Credit that has already been issued may be reversed if the related order is later refunded, disputed, or charged back.

Store credit has no cash value. It cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, cryptocurrency, or any other payment method, cannot be transferred to another account, and may only be applied toward purchases on kitsdrop.com through the official checkout. Store credit is not a deposit, does not accrue interest, and is not a balance owed to you.

Self-referrals, referrals of accounts you own or control, use of automated tools or purchased traffic, posting referral links where prohibited, and any other activity that KitsDrop reasonably considers abusive or contrary to the purpose of the program are prohibited. KitsDrop may withhold, reverse, or cancel store credit, remove or reassign referral pairings, or suspend or close accounts involved in such activity. KitsDrop may change the reward amount, holding period, or other program details, or end the program, at any time by updating this page. Store credit already issued remains usable unless it was obtained in violation of these Terms.

Shipping, cancellations, and returns

Delivery destinations, methods, costs, and estimates are shown at checkout when shipping is activated. Carrier and customs delays may occur outside KitsDrop’s control. Customers are responsible for accurate addresses, monitoring tracking, and promptly retrieving deliveries.

Cancellation, damaged-order, return, replacement, and refund requests are handled under the Shipping and Returns Policy and applicable law.

COAs, packaging, and product information

Certificates of Analysis, packaging images, batch references, descriptions, and supporting files are provided for product identification and informational review. A COA is shown only after it has been matched to the product or batch being offered. A COA does not provide medical advice, instructions for use, or a guarantee that a product is suitable for a particular research objective.

Kits are supplied and sold as complete multi-vial packs. Individual vials are not separately labeled and are not available for individual sale.

Acceptable website use

You may not misuse the website, submit false or unlawful information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or checkout systems, scrape or copy the site for commercial exploitation, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use KitsDrop services to facilitate prohibited product use or unlawful resale.

Website availability and third-party services

The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. Hosting, payment, carrier, email, analytics, and other third-party services may experience interruptions or delays. KitsDrop may update, suspend, or discontinue website features or product offers.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KitsDrop is not responsible for losses caused by prohibited use, misuse, unlawful handling, improper storage, unauthorized transfer, inaccurate customer information, carrier delays, third-party service failures, or failure to follow these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and general terms

These Terms may be revised by posting an updated version and revision date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision once does not waive the right to enforce it later. These Terms and the policies linked here form the agreement governing use of the KitsDrop store.
