Available delivery options and shipping charges are shown at checkout after the destination address is entered. An order cannot be completed when delivery is unavailable for the selected destination.
Processing and delivery estimates
Delivery estimates shown during checkout or in tracking updates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays and destination-specific inspections may affect delivery.
Address changes and cancellations
For an address change or cancellation request, contact KitsDrop as soon as possible and include the order number. Changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing or is handed to the carrier.
Returns and refunds
Return and refund requests are reviewed according to the condition of the order and applicable consumer law. Opened, used, or altered products may be ineligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact KitsDrop before sending any item back.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect orders
Contact KitsDrop promptly with the order number and clear photos of the parcel, packaging, and product. Keep all original packaging while the request is reviewed.
Packaging notice: Kits are supplied as complete multi-vial packs. Individual vials are not separately labeled and are not sold individually.
